I have been seeing Dr. Scarbrough for about 4 yrs now and very pleased with her and the services she provides. With my sudden hearing loss 4yrs ago, she saw me immediately, assessed the extent of my hearing loss and fitted me with Oticon hearing aides, and I’m so grateful with the quality, ease of use and Dr. Scarbrough’s support and expertise. She is very knowledgeable, supportive and responds quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Scarbrough to anyone experiencing hearing issues.
Went in for turb reduction. Dr Lano is professional and credible.. However still congested after a month. I was disappointed that Dr. Lano did not come in to check on me during the post operation visit. Truly appreciate the staff, but not exactly clear to me whether I’m healing the way I should and whether the procedure went well.
As a follow-up to my previous review, I guess their office only cares about you when it looks like you will need a surgical procedure!! I called them back to ask for an appointment to have him take over the servicing of my CPAP machine & supplies (It says on their website that they do CPAP services!) Unfortunately, I was told that if I didn't get the CPAP from him, I would have to go back to the Dr. that I got this from!!! I went in for a turbinate reduction on 12/3/2025 and Olivia and Dr. Lano made the process as comfortable as could be. Great bedside manner and attention to the patient. I appreciate their skills in the medical field.
