The staff a Dr Lano’s office is great. The hearing aids I purchased there are a a lot better than ones I spent $2,000 on. Also, they are able to adapt to almost all situations I fine myself in and perform very much better than the cheaper ones. I realize the cost is higher, but I will in no way go back to the old ones. I’ve already spent $4000 on them (2 sets) without getting anywhere near the performance of these (oticon). Best investment ever!!
Very pretty and personable Doc who spends enough time and tests with you that an honest recommendation can be made. She makes you feel like you've known each other for years. All questions I had were addressed satisfactorily and she didn't get frustrated at what questions being asked. I give her a 10 out of 10.
I visited Dr. Lano's office this morning. He was very thorough in addressing my concerns. He used a scope with entry through my nasal cavity to view any abnormalities of which there were none. Thank goodness. I was able to simultaneously view my pharynx all the way down to my vocal folds through the monitor. My family absolutely LOVES Dr. Scarborough!!! She has been OUTSTANDING with working with our 90 year old mom. Dr. Scarborough is kind, considerate, and respectful. She patiently listens and works with our mom with adjustments to her hearing aides. Dr. Scarborough is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!
