Dr Scarborough has helped so much! I can finally hear properly again! She is amazing and patient and kind. Going to Hill Country ENT was the best decision I’ve ever made.
The best doctor I’ve ever seen. I went to four different doctors trying to find an explanation for my ear pain, and only Dr. Lano recognized the problem and fixed it in less than five minutes. I came in for 3 visits. Everything was great until the last one. I have been told by multiple doctors including the NP here that I have a deviated septum. I was told that my case wasn’t bad enough for Dr. Lano to treat and that he only does extreme cases. They recommended a turbinate reduction only. Since I have been in extreme pain and discomfort for years due to sinus issues I was open to their suggestions and was ready to schedule right away.
