If you enjoy staying on college campuses with a lot of history, you’ll enjoy the Knight Center at WashU. Washington University in St. Louis is more than 173 years old, although the Knight Center itself is much newer. In fact, the rooms have been renovated relatively recently. It’s quiet, clean, and no-frills, but it’s a solid option for business travel. The auditorium was spacious, the building itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great place to stay!

We stayed here on the 24th July 2026 for 2 nights. We were travelling from the UK doing route 66. Lovely hotel in a great location. Right by forest park. 7 mins walk to the metro that takes you into the city and around a 15 mins walk to the delmar loop. The staff were great and the young lady at the desk (I think her name was Dee) was very friendly and was very informative about how to get around the city. Pretty convenient location, close for everything that I wanted to explore, museum, zoo, like 6 mn driving.. other places to eat and explore like aquarium, river spots, restaurants was like 15 mn driving.. service 10/10, parking 10/10.. on weekends is free
