Hotel was very clean and is extremely convenient if you are on Wash U campus. Visitor parking is not ADA Friendly and located down the block in the parking garge-not near the entrance to the building. Another note, there needs to be better signage on how to access campus from inside the knight center. We figured out on our own that you have to go up to the 3rd floor, and then that allows you to exit on the quad.
Great experience all around! Staff was kind and helpful! Rooms were clean and extra comfy. Truly expected the price to be higher for the experience!
I’m an event planner and my client had an event here. I was advised on site that balloons are not allowed inside the building. This is due to balloons tripping off the sprinkler system if it floats in the air. They do not allow helium or none helium balloons. My client was devastated. However, the assisting us , allowed us to put them outside instead.
Beautiful clean rooms
Handicap rooms were all taken. The bed ( mattress, linen, and pillows) were very comfortable.
