Dr. Williams was my PCP for over 30 years. I received a bill from his office for services over one year ago. I contacted my insurance company first to research how his claims were paid. I was told that his claims were submitted incorrectly (improper coding) which I verified personally as a former healthcare billing specialist. My family has had Dr. Charles Williams as our PCP for 19 yrs & he is an EXCELLENT doctor! He definitely cares deeply for his patients. When I need to see him I am always seen the same day or the following day, unless it's a physical or a follow-up. Sure sometimes I have to wait alittle while, but to me it's worth it to be seen that quickly. Most of my friends & family say they have to wait weeks/months to see their PCP!
