As with Dr. Crewe, incredible dentist, but terrible clerical staff. Rude, unhelpful, unapologetic, not knowledgeable, unfriendly, unwelcoming, no empathy and no compassion. Another doctor whose practice is ruined by clerical staff. My insurance was verified over the phone only for me to be coldly and rudely told it wasn't accepted when I came to my appointment. It's not my fault an employee gave me incorrect information, no apology or offer of an alternative. Just an, "I'll cancel the appointment." The most unwelcoming offic... read more
