My mom was diagnosed with cancer. We did not get a follow up appointment for 2 months after her release from the hospital! So she was feeling so bad the day of the appointment that when I got there, I needed to get a wheelchair for her. To shorten the story, there was issues with the wheelchair being broken- no help from staff at all.
