Not worth the wait. Overbooked and made me wait for an hour. Staff had no idea when I would be called back. Will be going elsewhere.
I was very happy with my experience and how much Dr. crutchfield and his staff cared about my treatment.
Dr.Crutchfield helped clear my acne up which I had been dealing with for months. He was a pleasure to work with and solved all of my dermatological problems with no issues at all.
I can't explain how I felt the day I came to Dr Crutchfield I was hopless and in despair situation, I tried all kinds of medications and went to many dermatology clinics here MN to get a salution to my cracking lips. my condtion was getting worse by the day and color of the the lips seemed to change with crazy peeling for every 3 days I couldn't talk, brush my teeth or even eat. then one of my family told me that there is good dermatologist doctor in Eagan and gave me the address.. I was unhappy with a procedure from Dr. Crutchfield. I called the office and asked them if the dr. would want to redo or should I go somewhere else. I was assured there would be no charge. During the visit, I asked BTW "what do you recommend for chapped lips?" He suggested aquafor - I could find it at Walgreens. He also gave me a few samples of a steroid. Fabulous Experience! I love this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, and my experience with Dr. Crutchfield exceeded my expectations. I went in for a botox consult, and having never done it before, I was admittedly very nervous about it. Dr. Crutchfield explained the entire process and what I could expect, and he never tried to upsell me. He genuinely wanted a result that would I would love. Dr. Crutchfield is a true professional, and his staff was so kind and comforting. His skill set is matchless, and I would never go anywhere else after my experience with this Clinic. There was a delay, but a staff member came out and offered cookies and bottled water to everyone in the lobby. I came in for a cosmetic consultation, and he was honest about what he could and could not do for me, and even provided the name and contact information for another practitioner to treat an issue that he could not. Dr. Crutchfield is amazing. I may have waited in the lobby for 30 minutes, but it was well worth the wait. My skin has never looked so good after my visit with him. I've struggled with acne for a long time and now my skin is glowing. I couldn't very happier. Thank you Dr. Crutchfield and his amazing nursing and front desk staff!!!
Dr. Crutchfield is not worth the long wait. I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes before being put in an exam room. I waited another 20 minutes before anyone came into the room. The reason for my visit was for hair loss. I was told to use Rogaine. Something i could have prescribed myself. I was never asked about the medications i was taking or about general medical background. He seemed to be in a rush at all 3 of my visits as if he was running to the next patient.
