Dr.Crutchfield and staff are very kind, attentive and helpfull. I was experiencing itching and hair loss on my scalp and pubic region. He diagnosed eczema and prescribed a scalp oil and lotion. My hair loss has gone from losing handfulls daily in the shower to hardly noticeable. I have also experienced total regrowth in the pubic region and new groth on the scalp.
Our 4yr old son has suffered from eczema since birth. He would wake up in the night crying after he had scratched himself until he was bleeding. After seeing Dr. Crutchfield just once, and following his treatment plan his eczema is completely gone! His skin is beautiful, and he no longer scratches. I have been going to Dr. Crutchfield for the last several years and he has been the only Doctor that has cleared up my acne problems and kept it away. And after suffering from acne since grade school into my adult years, I now have clear skin because of prayer and Dr. Crutchfield. He is bar far the best I've ever seen. Dr Crutchfield has made my life much more bearable, my psoriasis was unmanagable and causing a number of different issues. His knowlege of this disease far surpasses the half dozen other Dermatologist that I saw, most of them deal more with the cosmetic part of Dermatology. Praise Dr Crutchfield for becoming one of the best in his business.
I would never go to anyone else for Botox or Restylane. He does an absolutely perfect job every time!
Dr. Crutchfield is excellent at making you look young without looking strange through injections. He knows how much to use, and it lasts! He also does it quickly and painlessly. I've tried tons of other doctors and either it didnt last, or they charged too much. For botox and Restalyne (which I highly recommend for the lines around the mouth), there is noone better in the Twin Cities!
Extremely long wait times for routine appts. I'm on accutane and have to go in for monthly blood & pregnancy tests in order to get a new prescription. This at most takes 15 minutes to perform. Recently had a 4 pm appt, showed up at 3:50, didn't get to the exam room until 4:45, and didn't get to see the doctor until 5:15. Wait times have definitely extended since his practice has grown.
