In our opinion we would not recommend him, and one star is actually too high. He appraised our lakefront house and even our land well below market value. We had current comps on our street, even a comparable lakefront house next door, and vacant lakefront lots on our street, all of which were recently sold, yet he choose to go the next city over and used a comp from a house that sits next to a gas station on a main street, we have a lakefront home on a private street.
