They were great and reasonably priced. The before and after pictures were great to see just how dirty our vents were. Since the cleaning, we have seen and huge reduction in the dust! Fred was great, on time and explained everything. Would highly recommend.
Charles Duct Cleaning team cleaned my dryer vent and duct within 24 hours after my initial call, taking only less than 1 hour to do the task. The team was thorough and easy to understand as they guided me through the procedure and what they wanted from me.
