I’m grateful to Charles Disability Services for welcoming me as a student on placement. Throughout my time there, I witnessed firsthand the compassion and professionalism of the staff. Their commitment to person-centred care was evident in every interaction, and it was inspiring to see clients supported with dignity and respect. It was a truly enriching experience.
My partner has had multiple carers. I have found this organisation. Non co operative with client based care. Never know what left or right. I have been verbal and emotionally abused by charles himself. His staff and himself have no capability of running or manage through the NDIS.
I worked with this service as a placement university student. This was an incredible opportunity and experience for to learn from. The staff was welcoming and communicative. Overall, a good place to do my placement.
