Excellent care, service.
My grandfather is in his 80’s and HARD of HEARING. He went to his follow up after being in the hospital for almost a week. He checked in the front desk and “waiting room” is outside. The front desk receptionist YELLED at my grandfather to get outside. Mind you again he is hard of hearing. He told her to cut her attitude and she goes “that’s how I talk”.
