A wonderful place I had a facial with Heather yesterday such a pleasant experience I only go to Charles David for pedicures and facials the staff is always helpful and very friendly I would recommend Charles David Thank you Heather for always being so nice
I don’t leave reviews like this often, but I feel compelled to here. Had an appointment with Kate today. Just an unbelievably rude lady. I told her I was looking to grow my hair out and only wanted a 1/4 inch off. She ignored what I said and cut nearly 3/4 - 1 inch off. When I tried to politely ask why, she literally stopped and stared at me without saying a word. My hair is kind of ruined and the entire experience felt like a car wash, once size fits all. Do not go here for a facial.. my skin is beyond messed up it was not a relaxing experience and the manager did not give one morsel of care when i brought it to her attention…
