My experience with Dr\. Christina Ling and her nurse, Ysabelle, has been extremely disappointing\. I understand that physicians are busy, but patients deserve respect and timely communication\. Up until about a week ago, I would have given this facility a 4-star rating. The nurses were WONDERFUL during my hospital stay. However, I've downgraded this rating to reflect the care I've received AFTER my visit. I have renal cancer in both kidneys. The surgeon's office wrongly coded my prior authorizations to read RIGHT kidney, which they've already operated on, instead of LEFT kidney. Made an appointment several weeks in advance, I was called on 2-10-26 and told my appointment was canceled for 2-20 2026, I asked how could they cancel so far in advance and was told the doctor will be making rounds that day. They offered another appointment in April, I will be changing to a completely different medical group. They were probably making rounds at the hospital the day of my appointment for people who had to wait for their appointment.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Sheahan for my 90-year-old mother for October 30th several months ago. (Since then, the office has rescheduled this appointment due to the doctor being unwell!). We get many texts to confirm the appointment, and then the Dr. gets sick on the day of the appointment! The same thing happened yesterday morning (December 4th)! This place is disgusting, long hours of wait, the billing dept is extremely bad and dishonest. Dr.s are mediocare, they gave me an eye drop for $700 that just wasted my time and money and didn't help a bit. They are only good for one thing, collecting money from you and keep sending bills after bills. then Norma is patient care did nothing but to wast my time. stay sway!!!!!

BEWARE! I had an appointment for 1 hour with a non-doctor nutritionist and was charged $845! I called before my appointment and asked how much it would cost - the UCI employee refused to tell me and said I have to figure it out myself! After the bill, I called to question the high amount and was told that this is their rate. This place is a rip-off. I guess they have to pay for their fancy new buildings somehow. Their cash rate is $125 for the same service. How can they charge 6x more to insurance than a cash patient? Seems ... read more
