I became a patient of Dr. Charles Cohn in November 2022 after being disappointed with my prior physician. Dr. Cohn is extremely caring, kind, and shows interest in his patients. He is very knowledgeable and conscientious and gives excellent care! My husband just switched to seeing Dr. Cohn last month, and we both agree that he is our best primary care physician ever! This is saying a lot, as we are both in our 70's and have seen many doctors in our lifetimes!!
I’m extremely nervous about seeing a doctor. I had my first visit with Dr. Cohn and he was wonderful. I could barely think or speak by the time I got to his office. He was very thorough but very kind, gentle, and compassionate. He spent a lot of time explaining treatment in a very pleasant and calming manner. I have a follow up appointment in several weeks and I’m happy to say that I’ll be able to sleep the night before. Dr Cohn is very knowledgeable, patient, and exhibits a high level of compassion and empathy. He is respectful of your time and does not leave you sitting and waiting for hours on end.
Today was the 2nd time that I have left a detailed message for the nurse and the 2nd time that I did not receive a call back. The first message was regarding a medication about 4 weeks ago. No call back. The message today was very important as well regarding a refill on medications that I do not need to miss as well. This call was made this morning and as of 6:48 pm est, no call back. I wonder if I will ever receive a call back on this message? Dr Cohn is an excellent Dr, his staff needs
Kind, knowledgeable, engaged, never keeps me waiting.
Have been trying to get a referral for over two weeks from Dr Cohns office. Yesterday the 16 Feb finally get reply saying it was taken care of. Well here I sit in the ref feral doctors office on the 17th with no referral and no reply at drr cohns office. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!! Mike Myles
