Dr.Danknis & Vanessa Dipalma always take great care of me ,it’s the staff that dont feel my pain when trying to get a refill. When using the portal it doesn’t show they received your message,no one call’s until end of day about the message so you don’t know if anyone even knows about your refill. I did the portal 8 times. So when I did speak to someone after trying for 4 hours she seemed pissed that I did it 8 times.. should I just sit back and cross my fingers and hope to get a refill?? He previously owned his own business and moved to Seaview Orthopedics and I followed him there. The staff at Seaview are very professional and help in every way possible.
