I have been seeing Dr. Daknis for nearly 10 years regularly. I have had seven back surgeries including a three level lumbar fusion. I was struggling for a long time and started seeing Dr. Daknis as my pain management specialist after my surgeries. He is extremely knowledgeable and listens very closely to your input. Dr.Danknis & Vanessa Dipalma always take great care of me ,it’s the staff that dont feel my pain when trying to get a refill. When using the portal it doesn’t show they received your message,no one call’s until end of day about the message so you don’t know if anyone even knows about your refill. I did the portal 8 times. So when I did speak to someone after trying for 4 hours she seemed pissed that I did it 8 times.. should I just sit back and cross my fingers and hope to get a refill??
