Was clear with getting braces upfront, but treatment plan was changed without reading notes on my second visit. When I reminded of original treatment plan I was treated differently along with him being visibly and verbally frustrated. I wouldn’t have started treatment if he had told me otherwise to begin with. The office staff was great, friendly and efficient! Stephanie and Julie were a big help! So good with kids and parents! Thank you again Dr. Alexander for fixing my daughter's smile and now my granddaughter's! She is really excited about starting treatment!
