Book an hour in advance, forced to wait anyways. After 15 minutes he was still chatting with someone else on his chair. I was able to honor the appointment time, but apparently he can't.
If you never had a 5 Star experience with your barber, you need to make an appointment with Charles. He is incredibly skilled and wants to make sure you are happy with your hair. You will be very happy with your cut!
