I had to switch PCPs due to pretty serious neglect and he has been on top of my health issues ever since. I appreciate him being so thorough and kind. His bedside manner is top tier. Even when I'm at my worse, he makes me laugh.
I am so thankful to put our Charles Cooper. If he weren't on top of things I wouldn't be here. I had a rare kind of leukemia he found it and he had me in the hospital in two days in treatment along with Dr. Hirsch.! if Cooper is a little behind because he's got so many patients. Staff is rude! Priscilla, who answered the phone, hasn't got a clue. Kayla is extremely rude. Should not be working in a job that deals with people.
Dr Cooper is by far the best in the state of Texas. He’s always thorough and listens to the patients needs. I wish he was still my relatives Doc through the VA. There nothing negative that I can say about that man. He’s simply THE BEST
Doesn't listen to the patient. Needs to reopen the medical books too or at least learn how to Google. Ego is huge and he feels threatened by educated patients that know their body. You won't get what you need.

Unfortunately, I've seen several doctors lately, and Charles Cooper, PA is by far, the best of the bunch. He is caring, compationate, thorough, knowledgeable and takes his time and explains everything. His genuine kindness and sincere concern for his patients is rare, especially in Brownwood. Charles Cooper, PA and his assistant Ashley are the absolute best. Thank you both. Heaven sent.
