I would not recommend this business, like at all. First day he canceled, had to take his dog to the vet. Fine, understandable. However on the second day he postponed 3 different times. Honestly I was willing to look beyond his tardiness but prior to him arriving I recieved texts he said were intended for his gf in which he described meeting with a dealer to aquire "a big piece of rock. Please beware. Chuck showed up at my house over an hour late 2 times. He did not have the correct blade to snake through the main drain. He needed me to assist him. The last machine he brought did not push the snake through he had to push it through. He brought his dog to our house for the second visit. He did not resolve my issue and demanded $1500.00.
