I did not have a good experience with my roof in 2004 with the home built by Southland Homes. The construction was not completed correctly. (I have pictures) Since that time I have had several roof leaks and have had to repair all of them. I would not recommend Coleman to anyone that needs a roof! I was told I did not perform proper maintenance on a 2 year old roof.
