Stay away. From the Charles Clinic . Very disrespectful upper class snobs. Dr Mau is very up himself arrogant overpriced … I’m just 1 of many with that option. Have struggled since being referred to here in had a terrible experience with my father 15 years ago. Had just gotten worse . Reception is terrible & Dr Mau we’ll say no more .

I'd like to especially give a recommendation to Dr. James Mau for his attention to detail and reading of history in caring for my seriously ill wife. Was also impressed by a member of staff who was not directly related to her care for showing concern when she was in the bathroom for longer than expected and checked up on us. The firm evidently trains its employees to care. Good job!
