My review is based on a Dr that no longer practices here, but still… Had some truly terrible experiences at this location. My problems were regularly ignored, and I was told to ignore problems that turned out to be cancer!!! I stopped going to doctors for years due to this place. Will forever feel sick to my stomach driving by.

The doctors at this clinic are amazing, and the clinic itself is well-run and welcoming. However, I had a concerning experience with the pregnancy testing. Despite having strong positive results on multiple home tests, the in-office tests came back negative. When I asked about it, the staff performing the test showed very little empathy or care, even mentioning they dipped the test five times and it was still negative. I’m quite disheartened to read some of these comments…My family has been a patient of Dr Rehak at this clinic over 9 years and my experiences have always been POSITIVE! The medical and administrative staff are exceptional and efficient. Comments regarding front end staff are unnecessarily critical. This clinic is extremely busy and she fields all kinds of inquiries of EVERY CALL and EVERY VISITOR to the clinic. Yes, she may be direct or blunt at times - but always professional in my opinion. I love my Dr but can't stand the receptionist! I got a phone call to come in to review some results. I didn't know who exactly called me so she said she couldn't help at all. I asked what was 9n my file. She said I had to know who called and when I said if there's nothing on my file, how important can it be, she said ok and hung up. No, have a good day, let me see what I can do, nothing! Terrible customer service!
