I’m quite disheartened to read some of these comments…My family has been a patient of Dr Rehak at this clinic over 9 years and my experiences have always been POSITIVE! The medical and administrative staff are exceptional and efficient. Comments regarding front end staff are unnecessarily critical. This clinic is extremely busy and she fields all kinds of inquiries of EVERY CALL and EVERY VISITOR to the clinic. Yes, she may be direct or blunt at times - but always professional in my opinion. I love my Dr but can't stand the receptionist! I got a phone call to come in to review some results. I didn't know who exactly called me so she said she couldn't help at all. I asked what was 9n my file. She said I had to know who called and when I said if there's nothing on my file, how important can it be, she said ok and hung up. No, have a good day, let me see what I can do, nothing! Terrible customer service!

I find myself very happy to have a doctor in this clinic. The negative comments about the receptionist surprise me as I find the receptionist that I always see and almost always connect with by phone to be superb, such a refreshing change from the Ontario clinic.

I have been seeing Drs Aaron and Rory Slusar for a couple years now, they have both been excellent doctors and very accommodating for me. They answer ava connect messages and will do phone appointments if needed. Great listeners and knowledgable, highly recommend

My doctor is absolutely AMAZING however the reception lady needs to retire. She's extremely rude and disrespectful. Constantly has RBF and zero respect for patient confidentiality. My doctor will give me an option for phone consultations due to medical reasons and when I call in for the appointment to be booked reception says he doesn't do that or will say I will get a call back and get no calls.
