I took my 2026 Equinox for warranty work and I gotta say Micheal Devine, service advisor, did a great job of communicating in the status of my vehicle & getting us a loaner vehicle since the the part was on back order. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle for service here versus Fiesta Chevrolet because you’ll be left hung out dry at Fiesta. Al’s got my oil change done & tire rotation with Sergio Navarro, service advisor, and they did it within an hour. Will definitely be bringing my vehicles back here for any service.
I just recently bought a car with Louie Diaz, He made sure the experience was fast and easy. I told him how I had preciously been to 2 different dealerships who didn’t treat me very well. He not only met but exceeded my expectations. I have been recommending him to anyone who will listen!
