There really isn’t a way I can describe what Dr. Charles has done for me. A few injuries from car accidents, straining my body from exercises… etc. To think there was a time where I couldn’t sit on a chair without discomfort, or even do a body weighted squat, seems like a far memory for me and I don’t have to ever think back to that because my body is functioning at its highest level and I owe it all to Dr. Charles.
