Wait times are ridiculous, but the service is good. I would give more stars if not for the wait times.
Excellent bedside manner. Great friendly staff.
We've taken our daughter to Dr MacDonald since she was about 6 months old. Wait times can sometimes be long, but Dr MacDonald is kind and thorough and remembers my daughter and details about her history at each visit. We've been very happy with the care we have received and his office staff has been phenomenal. We'll continue to use him as our otologist for the future.
