Anthony at the plumbing company was truly outstanding. We had an emergency when our sewage pipe broke away from the foundation, causing a bad backup with sewage leaking onto our property. Anthony answered our call right away and came over quickly to help. He stayed calm, was very knowledgeable, and made us feel at ease. waking up to a leaking pipe in the basement is never fun. i called charles brothers plumbing and they got me scheduled with a plumber just a few hours later. ross showed up and was very polite, quick, and kept me in the loop about everything. before he arrived, they sent me great info about when he'd get here and even a photo and a little bio. ross took a look at the problem and explained a couple of ways to fix it. the job ended up being a bit bigger than i thought, but he still finished the pipe repair and put in new pipin... read more

Charles Brothers Plumbing are the best plumbers you can hire. After our old water heater stopped working and we got a really high quote from another company, Anthony came out and installed a new water heater quickly. He even got rid of the old one for about half the price we were told before. Incredible service! Ross showed up in less than an hour after I called Charles Brothers Plumbing. I had over an inch of standing water in my basement, and while I was using a borrowed submersible pump to drain it out the window, he brought a new pump just in case. After installing the new pump, we noticed it was running but not actually emptying the water, just cycling it back into the sump pit.
