I'm scheduled for microdiscectomy in six days. It took 24 months to get approval - about 12 months to get the first appointment, only to be misdiagnosed as sacroiliitis. The staff fumbling through my records, not finding test results and refusing to see me until I had the test; or looking at the wrong films and thinking my problem is better than it was.
