I would say that Charles is knowledgeable, but he collected a retainer from me and shortly after that - the case went away. He verbally told me that if we settled or didn't have to do much - I would get a refund. We went to ONE Zoom hearing where the other party didn't show, so it was dismissed. I called and emailed with Charity and Charles, and they refused to refund any of my money. It was ridiculous and unfair. I think they needed the $$. I would never use them again.
