I was treated in the emergency room. With severe swelling and pain in left foot and lower leg. No signs of blood clots and X-ray showed no fracture. Was referred to Doctor Bond. Called the office first thing the following morning. The lady who makes appointments was extremely rude and disrespectful. Refused to schedule me an appointment. Stated that they had to get my report from hospital and the doctor would look it over and then he would determine how soon I need to be seen. Dr. BOND saw my son at Rutherford Regional emergency for a work related injury to his wrist. He walked in the room and did not introduce his self examined my sons wrist for 30 seconds and walked out the room. He did not speak to my son or anyone in the room! He did not explain anything. He told the PA that my son was fine stitch him up, all while my son and I was trying to tell Dr. BOND our concerns for the excursiating forearm pain and thumb numbness.
