I was seen at this office for months due to arthritis on my knee. Over the course of those months I received 5 steroid shots in my knee and never once was seen by the doctor. I knew that knee replacement was in my future and wasn't comfortable continuing treatment at this location without ever seeing the doctor. Therefore, I switched to another that came highly recommended. I've been seen by only the doctor at that location and feel comfortable and confident with my upcoming replacement.
I was treated in the emergency room. With severe swelling and pain in left foot and lower leg. No signs of blood clots and X-ray showed no fracture. Was referred to Doctor Bond. Called the office first thing the following morning. The lady who makes appointments was extremely rude and disrespectful. Refused to schedule me an appointment. Stated that they had to get my report from hospital and the doctor would look it over and then he would determine how soon I need to be seen.
