To sum up Chuck in one word... I'd choose NEGLIGENT. Enough said. After reading the reviews I agree that he's lazy right after HE TAKES YOUR MONEY. A soiled diaper would make a better lawyer than him. If Google would let me rate 0 stars I would. Even the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility doesn't like him. Just look him up on tbpr.gov
