I have been trying for OVER A WEEK! To get thru to dr. Bergreen’s office and first the line was dead then I finally got thru late Monday. Someone called me bk tues and told me to send over ins verification. I did immediately and again no one called me bk. I called bk on Thursday and again NO ONE CALLED ME BACK?!!! Is this how this office is run?
I’ve had many physicians over the years. Just about all of them were good. Dr. Bergreen was and remains the best physician I have ever seen. He is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I am so grateful for all he has done for me. I am a retired physician. I thank God that Dr. Berggreen is my physician.
The office was run efficiently and the appointment met all of my needs.
Dr Berggreen took his time to find out my concerns, and thoroughly address each of my concerns. He spent a long time with me and was very kind and professional. His nurse and staff were very compassionate, kind, and efficient.
