Poor customer service. I returned an item because it did not work to my satisfaction. Why did the clerk try to convince me I did not know what I want and the product was supposed to work the way it did? I told her not to talk to me about black hair, to just exchange the item for the one I wanted. It is unfortunate I couldn't test the product right there in the store to save my time, but if a customer returns something for an exchange, don't stand there and try to argue with the customer. Don't shop here if you don't want to get screwed out of your money! The first time I got screwed by these aunry people is they sold me an old bottle of pink lotion & I didn't realize it until I went to use it that it was bad! B cuz I threw away my receipt they wudnt exchange it or give me a new bottle! How was I suppose to know to keep my receipt on something as simple as that!
