I have heard good things about Charles Wang Community Health Center. So I switched all my family members' PCP to the center. However before I can even make my first appointment I was met by a very rude receptionist Mei Feng. She could not find our records although We physically presented to them a few days earlier, and refused to set up appointment. When I asked to speak to another person, she just hung up on me.
