Really bad customer service.
The receptionist make patients life impossible when it comes to appointments. They get really condescending and rude if you cant make it to an appointment due to work and won’t squeeze you in. They grin at your face and enjoy seeing you frustrated no matter how bad you need the appointment. However, they will squeeze you in the first time so they can get you as a patient and bill your insurance. I decided to stop getting care there due to the customer service attitude. I trusted this location for 2-4 Years and let me tell you I regret it every single day of my life these doctors in the GYN department dismiss all the symptoms and discomfort you feel all to say “you’re young nothing can happen to you” when that isn’t the case you know something’s wrong and you don’t feel good I will never go to this place for any help with women’s health I highly recommend don’t come here you’re better off getting another opinion and it will be legitimate than here I will never do business here and honestly ... read more
Had a terrible experience from OBGYN. I was told consulation is fine from the doctor so I assume consulation was to get knowledge and information. Instead, the minute I was brought to the room, I was told to change my clothes for pap smear. Despite verbalizing I don't feel comfortable, I was still asked to do so twice and the medical assistant had a rude attitude about it when I refused the pap smear.
