I had a very negative experience with Nurse Kim Conway. She incorrectly entered the date on my paid family leave document, which unfortunately led to my application being denied. I also found her to be a poor listener, rushed, and quite confrontational. As a first-time mom and someone experiencing pregnancy for the first time, she was far from supportive. Dr.Keown is the best pediatrician ever!! She has been seeing my both 2 kids and she is wonderful! Also, Ms. Bae (nurse practitioner) is great! I don't know much about the obstetrics department, but the pediatrician and nurses are super amazing here.

The scheduling staffs and facility are great, Dr. Payero always in a rush, she doesn’t listen, she doesn’t explain, I’m very irritated by this because my last visit I had to tell her not to rush me, and I don’t like visiting her because she’s always in a rush, that’s when she slows down. The best doctor I’ve ever encountered there is Dr. Carla Anderson, and she’s just an assistant for Payero. Carla explains, listen and find the time to call and explain everything throughly.
I literally loveeeee this clinic! I have been going here since I was pregnant & was recently here for my baby’s 9 month visit and this place feels like home 🥹. Everyone there from the front desk to the medical staff are always super sweet and caring. Hugeee shout out to the MAs and Dr Nicolaro who always takes great care of my baby. You guys are the absolute best 🥰🥰
