Six years ago, I had lower back/spine surgery. I had titanium discs replaced my deteriorating discs in my back. Some bone was taken from my left hip, which I had no problems with my hip before the surgery. I was told I should be there in no more than two days. I was there for nearly 4 weeks and they denied me my pain medication. I was literally on the floor, crying and begging for some, the surgeon never came to see me after the surgery. I was dealing with doctors that didn’t know anything about me and it lasted nearly a mon... read more

It was a joke all of them. When I met Dr Goodwin my husband and I immediately knew we we... read more
Dr Goodwin ruined my brothers back. He is worse off today (barely able to walk!) than he was prior to surgery! I don’t care what type of credentials he has! When my brother asked what can he do now, he told him “well I’m only the surgeon, get therapy”. Unbelievable! Therapy never worked! After many attempts (20+) to find another surgeon who would see my brother with his failed back surgery, we finally did! After caring for my brother he was told they never put 2 additional disc (missing in place, which is why he is in excruc... read more
Dr. Goodwin gave me my life back after a botched fusion by Dr. Latefi of North Shore University Hospital Manhasset. I first met him 20 years ago for a laminectomy, and then helped me after the botched fusion. He’s an amazing surgeon and a very kind and personal professional. I recommend him to everyone!
