Dr, Harper is awesome, he delivered two of my children cesarian, I had a smooth experience each time. I was not in any pain or uncomfortable, no complications. I would definitely recommend him.

I just love Dr Harper he was my obgyn for 2 pregnancies one successful one that was still born and he was soooo good I could not have asked for a better doctor. Made me feel safe and cared for. Cared Alot about meeting my needs and was very considerate. He could not have been a nicer man/ health care provider. I know I could not find a better doctor anywhere else. Handled sensitive matters very well.
I can’t say what I really wanna say but I his vibes are not the right kind of vibes.
