Mr. Shaw is the rudest, meanest, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. We were meeting his son in law to discuss us buying his son in law's home. We met with the sellers, as her dad is Mr. Shaw. I still don't know why, we did not need an attorney just a contract and a title company. When we met the sellers at the home they were very nice and seemed as if we were going to purchase their home with an "owner/carry" contract.
