We moved here 3 years ago and had zero referral for our family Doc. We thought we'd give them a try. I can't say enough about the staff have the best Asst Dr "Reji A. and they will show up at the hospital if that's where you are! Clean office, friendly and EZ to work with, they respond quickly. They LISTEN to your concerns. Doc Ross has a great group and he is a great primary care office for your family.
Always seems very rushed, and have to wait and impersonal. Dr Ross talks over you, demeaning and feeling like you don't know what's wrong with you...plus being insulted over the phone. If you want a conscientious doctor office, do not go to this practice. I have lived in various states, and this is the worst I have been to
just giving angela musgrave's review of dr. ross a one star. I know this person personally and she is ALWAYS negative...especially if you don't do what she wants! she must have been told she was physically able to go back to work and didn't like it!😆😆
