It's so comforting knowing Dr. Smith takes care of my heart issues. I hear some people with heart issues that the cardiologist they are seeing can't pinpoint their problem. I can say Dr. Smith can and will find the issue. So thankful for all the excellent care he and his staff have provided and still provide.
Excellent care and follow up. Explained options and listened when I asked whether we could try alternate meds or procedures. Very knowledgeable, appointments were in time, I never felt rushed. Have been seeing him for about a year.
Takes time. Explains well. Answers questions well. Is personable. Knows me.
Dr. Smith discharged me from the hospital but was not present at the time. I then spent the next 3 days trying to get in touch with him. Each time I called his office, his staff tried to push me to schedule an appoint 2 weeks later. On the 3rd day, I finally spoke to a nurse and learned that no questions would be answered (including test results) unless I scheduled an appointment. Meanwhile, I received 2 calls from the hospital to discuss my discharge and results, unsolicited. Very disappointed.
