Dr Shapiro Is very kind but I went twice and was a little taken back that today I was rushed out and spoken rudely twice by his receptionist. Not the first time when she said on the phone I’m calling you after hours to book you an appt. No! You will not speak to me in that matter again. Also she has no phone manners to other patients. We were referred here by our baby's pediatrician due to a suspected milk allergy. The receptionists were very nice. Dr. Shapiro was also friendly but kept cutting me off or being dismissive as I was trying to describe the baby's symptoms, why we were there, etc and instead talked on and on about his own experiences with other patients and what he was able to fix for them.
