The staff and Dr Schaller are very customer orientated. They they are very friendly very attentive and spend a lot of time with the patients. They have many decades of service and provide excellent Medical care. I even called one during covid and they helped me over the phone provide my own treatment. I think I had an eye infection and they told me exactly how to take care of it without having to come into the office, during covid... 5 stars ! Dr. Charles Shaller and his team are fantastic! I had such a smooth and easy experience from start to finish. Elizabeth was especially kind and helpful—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. The whole process was fast, professional, and stress-free. I’m so grateful to have found such a caring and competent eye care team in Franklin, NC. Highly recommend!
Worst customer service ever!! Plus they never ever answer phones or respond t9 voice mails!! Absolutely horrible!!
The Dr is ok.. His office is horrible.. they never answer the phone, they never return messages.. It is pretty much non existent.
