5 stars ! Dr. Charles Shaller and his team are fantastic! I had such a smooth and easy experience from start to finish. Elizabeth was especially kind and helpful—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. The whole process was fast, professional, and stress-free. I’m so grateful to have found such a caring and competent eye care team in Franklin, NC. Highly recommend!
Worst customer service ever!! Plus they never ever answer phones or respond t9 voice mails!! Absolutely horrible!!
The Dr is ok.. His office is horrible.. they never answer the phone, they never return messages.. It is pretty much non existent.

I advise patients to consider other clinics for Visual Fields exams and Optical services. If you are a tech seeking work , or a pt requiring specialty testing/ optical services, unless you want to assume the risk of an eye infection, or berated behind your back, go elsewhere. If seeking work, your knowledge/pro activeness will be considered " aggressive" for being an advocate for the patient.
