I would like to share feedback regarding my recent visit. Unfortunately, my experience with Harmony the front desk staff was disappointing and unprofessional. The clerk was rude, did not make eye contact, did not introduce herself, and spoke over me when I attempted to ask questions regarding my copay. I was informed that my copay was $80. I was pleased with services until I received a text that my glasses are ready and they're open Monday thru Friday from 8:30 to 5:00. I called to confirm and also called to ask about lunch hours...I arrive at 1:10 and after waiting 10 minutes and not being acknowledged the lady in the front desk tells me it's only opened mondays wednesday and Fridays...please state closing days so patients don't need to ask for a half day off of work and lose time.

The billing department is incompetent - can never find the account- trying to make final payment. They said no record of patient. My husband had his eye removed. He is DEFINETLY a patient. The want money but no one to assist.
