As others have mentioned, be aware of their billing practices. I got bloodwork done here, and while the lady who did it was wonderful (hence the 2 stars), nobody told me the bill would be $450. It would have been nice to know ahead of time so I could have decided I couldn't afford to pay that. Instead- go to the health department to get lab work done where it's much more affordable.

The people are nice, and the service was about what you would expect from an ER. However, their billing practices are unethical and nonsensical for a patient. BEWARE, do not trust any of the doctors when they tell you they are doing you a favor by not writing you a prescription and instead giving you the medicine while you are there. The ER doctor, who I will not name here, said he would do me a favor so I didn't have to go to a pharmacy to fill a prescription for some eye drops. At the pharmacy they would be $15-20. I just went to the emergency room for a really bad tooth infection and ache my right side of my face was swollen so badly. But I just want to say thank you to the sweet Woman that helped me. You guys were so sweet and so gentle and patient. I appreciate you guys for being amazing in a stressful job. I pray for nothing but the best for you guys.

Everyone here from the administration, nurse (Mary), and Dr. Ghim were all very kind and professional. Dr. Ghim took his time and listened to me. The hospital was nice and clean. We didn’t have to wait at all. It is now in the UNC system as of this week.
