Great orthopedic provider.
Charles was exceptional. I had a broken fibula and he showed me the x rays, explained my options, and fully answered all my questions. He even worked with specialists who were out of the office to confirm his prognosis and to get me scheduled for a surgery the next day. He was thorough and listened to my questions and concerns. Chuck was very nice and transparent during his diagnosis for my hand issue.
I cant think of a time at a doctors appointment that I actually enjoyed, until my visit in McCall last week. From the front desk staff to the nurses, to the xray tech to the doctor himself, I find myself thinking that their entire team doesn't only enjoy the people they deal with every day, but they obviously really enjoy their jobs.
