Bad customer service. After the hospital called for my ride and I waited 20 minutes, I was given a number to call. I called and said I'd been waiting 20 minutes. He said that I could wait another 30 minutes or call someone else. Needless to say, I just hung up. Honestly, avoid an argument and go somewhere else.

After a full day in the Duke ER & being discharged by Duke ER at midnight - this kind service drove me to a nearby hotel so my husband did not have to make the hour trip from our home so late at night - I am grateful !

SO BAD! I wanted a safe service to have my daughter picked up and dropped off at the airport, and this ride was exactly the opposite. My daughter showed up at the car (that we paid $55 for the 20 minute ride) with a friend, the woman driver started yelling at her because she said you couldn't ride with someone else. THEN, as it turns out, there was a random boy that they were including in the ride?! How is it "Charlene's Safe Ride", when they put my daughter in the back with some random guy that she didn't know? I just had a great experience during an emergency. It was truly a Godsend! Hopefully, I won’t have to, but I will use the service again!

I used Charlene's Safe ride to go to the airport and found them reliable and safe. They were very professional and on time. I had a great experience with them and will use them again.
