My experience is very upsetting when the staff there are not friendly and don't now how to speak to patients at all. I ask to speak with Dr. Robertson and the girl come with its up to you, I was not rude with the girl but the girl had a attitude with me. I'm very upset to be treated by the staff. It's like they don't like there job well if you feel that way find another job.

I had, and, I say “had” because I will not be going to her anymore. Her office has cancelled my appointments for her convenience on countless occasions and, the one time that I had shown up “late” (less than 10 minutes) she refused to see me. Her office management, while professional, are very inconsiderate and inflexible. As a whole, they made me feel as if I were beneath them. I’m looking for a better doctor.

I've been a patient of Dr. Robertson for about 5 years now and I cannot relate to some of the reviews here. Dr Charlene Robertson is a true Gem! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. As a patient, we often feel like our doctors do not really listen to us, but Dr Robertson does. She never makes me feel rushed. She genuinely cares about my health. I read the reviews and really was kind of afraid to go see this Doctor,my experience on my first visit was exceptional she addressed every single thing and helped me a lot more than any other doctor I was impressed with her kindness and her knowledge of her field I will definitely be staying with this doctor

Worst Dr ever. Made me wait 45 min for my appointment even though I was the only patient there. She was rude, cold and no personality. She told me I had diabetes because I was obese even though I am only 20 lbs over. She is about 50 lbs overweight. How dare she say that to a new patient! Never going back. Stay away from this office.
