I cleaned a house for this woman and she decided it wasn't up to her standards for photos. After ten hours of cleaning, she paid me NOTHING. She took pictures of stains inside drawers which I scrubbed endlessly. They are permanent at this point and need to replaced or have a liner put in. She also took pictures of dirt in the tracks of the sliding glass door. All to justify not paying me for my labor. Can't say that I have ever seen a house that is on the market that features pictures of the inside of a drawer.
She was very patient and helpful with the purchase of our new home! She always got back to me in a timely manner when I had questions or issues.
We had been renting a condo for over 10 years when our landlord informed us that he would be selling, leaving us with just 30 days to find a new place.
