I will tell you, Charlene is all about professional. I live out of state and she handle everything with the sale of a home. No worries, no problem. Months later as I was reinvesting and needed paperwork that I couldn't put my hands on, she came through within the hour with what I needed. Very nicely done from start to finish, and then some.
