This area is great. Lots of quiet roads, great for the kids to ride their bikes around the area, and a supermarket just down the road. Very happy we built here!

I've been renting in the estate for almost two years and absolutely love it—it's a beautiful, new suburb with wonderful neighbors. I visited the Land Sales office to inquire about land, and Dan was incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand our needs, gave us a tour of the estate, and even assisted with our settlement date when we faced some challenges with our finances. I highly recommend Dan and the team at Charlemont Rise!
