Chris completed some internal renovations for us in order to restructure our living areas. At the time his workload was being dictated by challenging weather, though he kept us up to date with anticipated commencement & schedule which allowed us to plan accordingly. He was quick, efficient and the mess was minimal! I interviewed 8 builders and Chris from Charldan Constructions was the only builder that gave me an itemised quote in writing. He explained everything so there were no misunderstandings. He is an honest man, very organised and local too. He stuck to budget and timing. We had an amazing experience building our home and i owe it all to Chris!
